We are Construction Probe Contracting (CPC), founded in year 2021/1442 to participate in the job market and contribute to the accomplishment of the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision in the areas of building and construction. We aim to achieve this by employing our team’s managerial and engineering experience to fulfil our commitments to our community, clients, and partners throughout the completion of the projects entrusted to us.

I contributed to managing projects in Saudi Arabia.. Joined the Misbar team Construction Contracting to continue the march of achievements.

ENGINEERING SERVICES
- Creating structural engineering plans.
- Creating executive and detailed engineering plans for several types’ projects (construction, architectural, electro-mechanical, steel buildings)
- Creating architectural plans, decorations, executive and detailed plans for all works (construction, architectural and electromechanical, landscaping, and metal structural).
- Thorough follow up of all governmental procedures and transactions (secretariat, municipalities, electricity, water and civil defense).
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
- Project management on the technical and financial level.
- Logistic and administrative support.
- Finding appropriate solutions to any administrative problems or difficulties facing the implementation of projects.
- Contracting with subcontractors with competitive prices.
- Issuing building permits.
EXECUTIVE SERVICES
- Construction of private and governmental buildings corresponding to their types and requirements (sports, health and recreational buildings, swimming pools, fountains and water bodies).
- Maintenance and repair of all types of buildings.
- Interior design.
- Landscaping.
POST-DELIVERY SERVICES
- Complimentary maintenance and support for one year in case the project is seen to completion.
- Completing the procedures for issuing a construction completion certificate and following up on the handover of water, electricity and other services, including the delivery of civil defense.
